¿Y averiguaron qué era este curioso artefacto?
Hemos preguntado, pero ninguno lo sabía. Unos dicieron que era sólo un geg, mientras otros que conmemoraba unos investigadores locales de aviática del inicio del siglo XX. (La ciudad, mientras hasta 1918 con el nombre de “Selmecbánya” pertenecía a Hungría, alojaba una importante universidad politécnica.) En esta ocasión no tuvimos bastante tiempo para investigar la cuestión más en fondo, mas durante la próxima lo averiguaré en la biblioteca local junto con una lunga serie de otros detalles de la historia de la ciudad.
We have been discovered! The prestigious “The Aerodrome Forum” has just linked our photos. We hope with their expertise we can find out the type of this early aeroplane and the whole mystery hidden behind this charming monument.
